I'm at home. And rotting. And what does that mean?

It simply gives me enough reason/s to blog. An alternative mean of curing boredom, really. At least to me, it is.

The whole of last week was packed with activities, meetings, assignments, social gatherings, birthday parties etc. My batteries were running low and I desperately couldn't wait for the weekend to come so tt I cld replenish on whatever I lost tt week. Nope, I was wrong again. The weekends were burnt mainly because we were busy packing up stuff from our hse to bring to our new place; we were moving out soon. 16 September, 2005. That leaves us with 2 more weeks. There goes the entire weekend and also the date with Sree at the Zoo on Sunday *I promise to catch up with u really soon darling, we simply haf too much to fill each other up on*

Then came Monday (yesterday). Apparently the lecture for tt day was cancelled and I was left with pretty much nothing to do. Senthil was at work and Guna... let's not even go there. I wandered ard town aimlessly, hoping tt something gorgeous would catch my eye and I could get a pretty top to wear to Khomi's birthday this coming Sunday. I still haven't got tt gal her present and the thought of what to get, does my brain cells damage. I could never find the 'perfect' present for someone. Maybe because 'perfect' almost, never does exist! And as u may have guessed, a couple of very pretty tops did catch my eye but so did the prices..

- A beautiful chiffon laced top, black and white, from BEBE ($109)
- A silk, lime green spaghetti top from BEBE ($109)
- A semi jacket or polaroi (however u spell it) from Mango ($55)
- A white & gold halter, from Forever 21 ($58)
- A black satin glittered top from Warehouse ($113)
- The gorgeous accesories from Wisma's TOPSHOP.
- The really pretty gold heels from Charles & Keith ($35)
- The really very pretty white heels from Walking Culture ($75)

With that many choices in mind, how in the world am I supposed to get just ONE?? Argh, am spoilt for choice! I've decided. I'm going back there on Wednesday with a friend, any friend, and make him/her decide on behalf of me. Having another person's opinion might make the buy more worthwhile.. Gd, I've got it settled.

Oh well, at least Monday was spent a little wisely. And did I mention? I bumped into the birthday girl in Far East yesterday. Wad a strange coincidence! Khomi too, was shopping for her birthday stuff and was rushing off to some appointment at tt point of time. Taking pity on poor me who was all alone, she called Pufi up, who had just left her, to join me for the rest of the day. Bless tt nice soul. Haha. Pufi, being the sweetheart that she always was, came back and even treated me to ice-cream at Haagen Daaz. Hah. So much for dieting eh?

I was glad I got to catch up with Fi over the 2 hours of ice-cream. Yeah, we managed to squeeze 2 years worth of stuff in 2 hours before she left for the United Kingdom again this October. I went back home, concluding that Pufi was one the most genuine and true people existing in ICS and I secretly thanked god tt he still preserved such nice people.

Hmm.. today is my offical 'day off' from sch and I'm contemplating heading down to PS to source out for more presents for the September babies. But then again, the weather's making me think otherwise. Maybe I shld just enjoy the comfort of my house, watch the countless amt of lame tv shows on cable, go for a gd swim and sleep? What do u think?

Oh well, I'll make a decision later. I'm off to catch my fav. cartoons on cartoon network. Till I see ya'll again later. Muacks!
